Our room was really nice, it had a cool design with a private jacuzzi and a beach view. the staff, especially the male waiter, was super friendly and everything in the room seemed brand new. 🎈

we had a really nice stay, the hotel was ideal, clean, with magnificent location on the ocean. we loved rooms with a garden view.

The hotel was quiet little and stunningly beautiful, we totally recommend. Everything was brand-new, stunning location close to Rosa del Viento and the airport and the most incredible beaches, truly memorable experience. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful with a garden view, the staff were exceptionally wonderful!

Enjoyed our stay here, no complaints at all! the hotel is small and peaceful, plus it's incredibly gorgeous - definitely worth checking out. 🌴 Our room was huge and had lovely ocean views, and the staff were really friendly and nice.

We couldn't have asked for a better seaside getaway! This place is a true gem - we fell asleep to the soothing sound of waves meeting the shore every night. The location was absolutely perfect - close to all the beauty that the Main Street of the area had to offer. We were literally on the beach and in front of the amazing SEA, which was the highlight of our stay here. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were positive, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Our room was spacious with great amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, sitting area, and even a dressing area. We also appreciated the little patio outside our room. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind.

We highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, period.

The hotel were great too make our stay special, including decorating our room for a special occasion. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and we especially loved the private jacuzzi in our suite. The breakfast was delicious and the beach area was perfect for relaxation. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We also really appreciated the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which helped us stay in touch with loved ones back home. the hotel's convenient location close to a national park made it easy to explore the area on foot and enjoy scenic nature walks.

We were disappointed with the food at the on-site restaurant, which was rather bland and sometimes inconsistent in quality. it would have been nice to have some shaded areas on the beach to retreat from the hot sun.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it's close to many interesting attractions and the beautiful beach club provides everything you need for a relaxing time. I must say the rooms are superbly equipped with great bathroom amenities and the service is quite good. the breakfast spread is impressive and the leisure facilities are satisfactory for an enjoyable stay.

It's quite frustrating when you're trying to stay connected to home or work, but the connection kept dropping.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated on the beach road and close to all the beauty that Tulum has to offer. I loved being able to walk barefoot on the beach and explore the nearby restaurants and entertainment options. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious and the prices for everything were reasonable.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any flaws.
